The Isuzu Impulse Turbo will not go 956.39 mph.
In fact, we’ve never had one go even 900 mph. But on the test track, its fuel-injected, intercooled, turbo charged engine powered the Impulse Turbo to an honest 130 mph!
And, unbelievable as it may seem, it’ll go 0 to 60 faster than a Porsche 944,
BMW 325es or Aston Martin Volante!*
As long as we’re being honest, there’s something else you should know about. This year’s Impulse Turbo also boasts a completely new, state-of-the-art, race proven, suspension system.
But we didn’t design it. Lotus did. Their engineers know more about sports car handling than anyone, and they deserve all the credit.
Furthermore, it’s completely untrue that you can order air conditioning, 6-speaker stereo, 7 way adjustable driver’s seat, power windows and door locks, alloy wheels and cruise control as options. You can’t. They’re all standard.
And the price for all this comfort and performance? Thousands less than other Grand Touring Coupes. Still, other car companies will claim their cars are worth
all that extra money because they’re engineered better. And they’re more comfortable to drive.
Sure they are.
